What is coaching? 

Coaching is a tool that is used to empower individuals and help them reach their goals.

How do 121 sessions work? 

During a coaching session you will be helped in reaching your ultimate goal and aspirations. Your coach will listen to you, ask questions, find out what your challenges are and inspire you to reach that end goal.  You will be encouraged to make decisions and take responsibility for these decisions. 

The sessions are at least once a month and usually lasting for a short period of time and focuses either on developing specific competencies or supporting individuals to work through business issues.

How do the live workshops work?

We are currently running a Career MOT and Goal Setting Workshop. It is a 90 minute workshops with small groups, ran by a qualified career coaches. Read more..
